What is a SuiteAdvanced Organization?

A SuiteAdvanced Organization allows an admin in your company to manage your subscription for you.

How do I join a SuiteAdvanced Organization if I’m subscribed to SuiteAdvanced already?

If you have an existing subscription, open SuiteAdvanced settings, go to the Help subtab, and click the Join Organization button.

If you used your company email address to sign up for your subscription, the Join Organization button will add you to your organization automatically.

However, if you used your personal email address instead, you will be prompted to enter an access code, which can be provided to you by your SuiteAdvanced admin.

How do I join a SuiteAdvanced Organization if I’ve never subscribed to SuiteAdvanced before?

If you have not signed up for SuiteAdvanced yet, download it using the big blue Download button at the top right of this page.

After you’ve downloaded it, start a free trial with your work email address. Then open SuiteAdvanced settings by clicking the puzzle piece icon at the top right of your browser and clicking on SuiteAdvanced in the menu that appears. In SuiteAdvanced settings under the Help subtab, click the Join Organization button.

If it asks you to enter an access code, this is provided to you by your SuiteAdvanced admin.
