What is a SuiteAdvanced Organization?

A SuiteAdvanced organization allows an admin in your company to manage your subscription for you.

How do I join a SuiteAdvanced Organization if I already have a subscription?

If you are already subscribed to SuiteAdvanced:

  1. Open SuiteAdvanced settings.
  2. Go to the Help subtab.
  3. Click the Join Organization button.

Important

  • If you used your company email address to sign up, clicking the button will automatically add you to your organization.
  • If you used a personal email address, you’ll be asked to enter an access code. Contact your admin for the access code.

How do I join a SuiteAdvanced Organization if I’ve never subscribed before?

If you’re new to SuiteAdvanced:

  1. Download SuiteAdvanced: Use the blue Download button at the top right of this page.
  2. Start a Free Trial: Sign up using your work email address.
  3. Open SuiteAdvanced Settings:
    • Click the puzzle piece icon at the top right of your browser.
    • Select SuiteAdvanced from the dropdown menu.
  4. Navigate to the Help subtab and click the Join Organization button.

Access Code Requirement

If prompted, enter the access code provided by your SuiteAdvanced admin.
