What is a SuiteAdvanced Organization?
A SuiteAdvanced organization allows an admin in your company to manage your subscription for you.
How do I join a SuiteAdvanced Organization if I already have a subscription?
If you are already subscribed to SuiteAdvanced:
- Open SuiteAdvanced settings.
- Go to the Help subtab.
- Click the Join Organization button.
Important
- If you used your company email address to sign up, clicking the button will automatically add you to your organization.
- If you used a personal email address, you’ll be asked to enter an access code. Contact your admin for the access code.
How do I join a SuiteAdvanced Organization if I’ve never subscribed before?
If you’re new to SuiteAdvanced:
- Download SuiteAdvanced: Use the blue Download button at the top right of this page.
- Start a Free Trial: Sign up using your work email address.
- Open SuiteAdvanced Settings:
- Click the puzzle piece icon at the top right of your browser.
- Select SuiteAdvanced from the dropdown menu.
- Navigate to the Help subtab and click the Join Organization button.
Access Code Requirement
If prompted, enter the access code provided by your SuiteAdvanced admin.
