What is an admin dashboard?

The admin dashboard helps admins manage their organization.

How do I sign up for an admin dashboard?

1. Sign Up: Visit https://suiteadvanced.com/admin
2. Activation: Send an email to support@suiteadvanced.com requesting your organization to be set up.
3. Access Code: After setup, your dashboard will be ready to use, and you’ll get a unique access code.
4. Group by Domain: Your company email domain will group users in your organization as they join.
   • To add multiple domains, send a request to support@suiteadvanced.com.

How do existing users join my organization?

Existing users should follow these steps:

1. Navigate to SuiteAdvanced settings → Help subtab.
2. Click the Join Organization button.

Important

• After clicking the Join Organization button:
  • If the user’s subscription email address matches your company domain, they’ll join automatically.
  • If they used an email address that’s not in your organization’s domains list, they must enter an access code. You can find this code on your admin dashboard.

How do new users join my organization?

New users should follow these steps:

1. Start a free trial.
2. Click the Join Organization button in SuiteAdvanced settings → Help subtab.
3. An admin can then add a payment method to the user’s subscription via the admin dashboard.

• After clicking the Join Organization button:
  • If the user’s subscription email address matches your company domain, they’ll join automatically.
  • If they used an email address that’s not in your organization’s domains list, they must enter an access code. You can find this code on your admin dashboard.

Can my users’ receipts be sent to me?

Yes, receipts for your users can be sent to you or someone else.

• Email support@suiteadvanced.com to request this.

Note: This is a manual process, so you’ll need to send a new request each time a user joins your organization.
